    • Reached a favorable settlement for clients after successfully arguing a critical motion in limine just prior to trial in a complex residential construction matter involving over 115 homes located in Bakersfield, California.
    • Reached a six-figure settlement following three rounds of mediation for a client exposed to lead-based paint dust caused by landlords who subsequently attempted to alter test results in order to make the lead measurements appear lower than they actually were.

Mr. Gladstein practiced for six years with one of California’s premiere Plaintiffs’ law firms, specializing in the litigation of complex residential construction disputes. Mr. Gladstein then spent one year honing his skills at a well-regarded Los Angeles boutique firm, where he litigated a variety of civil matters, including employment, entertainment, complex commercial disputes, medical malpractice, and contract-related disputes. Mr. Gladstein has experience in all facets of pre-trial litigation, arbitration, mediation, and, when necessary, preparing for trial in both state and federal court.
