Brittanee A. Marksbury

ATTORNEY AT LAW

PROFILE

Brittanee A. Marksbury advises employers across a broad range of industries and focuses her practice on pre-litigation disputes and preventative advice and counsel.  Her previous work as a plaintiff’s attorney gives her a unique perspective that allows her to provide successful strategies for her business clients and has given her substantial experience handling single plaintiff FEHA matters, PAGA actions, and wage and hour class actions from inception to conclusion in both California state and federal courts.

In our ever-evolving employment landscape, Brittanee feels strongly that the best defense is a good offense and loves working closely with clients to implement employment policies and practices that promote effective compliance with applicable laws and regulations while upholding the company culture.

In addition to her litigation and counseling practice, Brittanee provides support to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and downsizings (or “right-sizings”) by assisting with labor and employment aspects of the due diligence process and counseling on areas of potential liability.

When not at the office, you can find Brittanee crafting, spending time with family and friends, or listening to/watching all things true crime. As a former UCLA athlete, she also loves cheering on her beloved Bruins.
