Saba Zafar
Saba Zafar is a seasoned employment attorney who regularly counsels California employers to ensure that their businesses comply with California law and best practices. Ms. Zafar also represents employers and employees in employment-related litigation, including, claims for discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour violations. She is passionate about using her knowledge and skills to zealously represent her clients. In 2020, Ms. Zafar was selected as a Rising Star with Super Lawyers for a second year in a row.
Interests
Ms. Zafar enjoys mastering her culinary skills, reading, and watching science fiction shows and movies.
Before joining BOL, Ms. Zafar operated her own boutique employment practice for eight years, during which she litigated a wide range of employment cases in addition to counseling employers. Ms. Zafar is a trained mediator and has volunteered her time mediating cases in both the Los Angeles County and Orange County Superior Courts. Ms. Zafar also externed for the Honorable Fred Woods, Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Second District while attending Loyola of Los Angeles Law School.
