Armando M. Solorzano represents employees and employers on a wide range of labor and employment issues. His experience both in-house and on plaintiff side gives him a unique perspective that allows him to develop effective legal strategies.

Armando has an extensive litigation background. He has successfully represented employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, misrepresentation, and breach of contract.

He has also advised and counseled employers regarding pre-litigated matters, employment agreements and company policies. His primary goal is to resolve issues in the most efficient manner, so his clients can focus on growing their business.

In his free time, Armando enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, cooking, and exploring California wine country.
