Lauren D. Fierro is an attorney who serves as Senior Counsel in BOL’s Litigation Group.  Lauren is a tenacious litigator with a diverse practice, including business, real estate, insurance coverage, employment discrimination, and professional negligence. Her litigation philosophy is that every case requires attention to detail and every client deserves zealous advocacy. Lauren’s dedication and persistence is exceptional – she will leave no stone unturned until she achieves the best possible result for her clients.

Lauren has experience managing hundreds of cases from pre-litigation through trial. She has first chaired several jury trials and managed the litigation strategy for dozens of trials throughout Southern California. Lauren utilizes her extensive experience to alleviate her clients’ fears, as well as prepare her clients for both the best and worst possible outcomes. Further, Lauren has an innate sense of creativity and efficiency that she uses both in litigation and to develop systems and processes for her clients aimed at preserving resources and preventing future litigation. Lauren is committed to creating a valuable lasting impact for every client.

Prior to her legal career, Lauren worked in operations management for some of the largest health clubs in Southern California where she discovered her passion for problem-solving and for developing strategies to maximize the business’ success. Lauren also worked for a business management company where she provided support for small businesses with accounting, payroll, licenses and permitting, and human resources. Lauren regularly utilizes her background in business management in her legal practice.

Lauren is passionate about volunteering with local youth-based organizations.  She was a long-time volunteer for the California YMCA Youth & Government Model Legislature & Court, and she volunteers for multiple youth-sports organizations in the South Bay. Lauren and her husband are the founders of a non-profit, youth travel baseball organizations where she organizes events and travel for multiple teams.

Lauren enjoys spending her free time with her husband, three children, and their dog, Pepper. Her hobbies include playing sports, visiting ballparks, watching movies, and entertaining friends.
