PROFILE
Marcanne Hyjek is an attorney in BOL’s Litigation Group who focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters. Marcanne has significant experience handling high-stakes disputes for large publicly traded companies as well as small and medium-sized privately owned companies and internal stakeholders.
Marcanne provides her clients with practical solutions to challenging legal problems. Her enthusiasm and proactive approach to litigation, combined with her experience in legal research and writing, enable her to achieve favorable outcomes in an efficient and effective manner.
Before joining BOL, Marcanne represented individuals and corporate clients in various civil litigation matters and achieved notable success as first-chair in several bench trials. She also effectively argued cases in state, federal, and appellate courts.
In her free time, Marcanne enjoys following developments with Tesla and artificial intelligence, and is an avid SoulCycle enthusiast.
