Morgan Wesner

ATTORNEY AT LAW

PROFILE

Morgan Wesner is an attorney in BOL’s Employment Group. She provides advice and counsel to employers and employees on a wide range of labor, employment, and compensation matters.

Morgan prioritizes clear communication, creative problem-solving, and helping clients make decisions that are not only legally compliant but aligned with their business goals and values. Morgan supports the BOL Employment Group in the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, separation agreements, various incentive and compensation arrangements, workplace policies, and much more, leveraging her experience and expertise to achieve favorable terms, protect clients’ rights, and limit their legal exposure. Morgan’s background advising private and public company boards, management teams, and founders on high-stakes transactions (including M&A and capital markets activity), day-to-day compliance, and risk management allows her to navigate both the technical and human sides of workplace issues.

Before joining BOL Law, Morgan served as an executive compensation, employment, and benefits associate at a leading international law firm, where she developed a deep understanding of market practices across a wide range of industries and clients. Her law practice then, and now, has been a natural expansion of her pre-law school career as a consultant at a premier human capital consulting firm, and in-house on the talent team of a well-known Los Angeles based entertainment company. Morgan has developed a diverse and well-rounded tool kit that she is proud to put to use for her clients.

Morgan is an outdoors enthusiast, who enjoys marathon-training at the beach, hiking, and walking her chocolate lab, Moose. She is a trained pianist and violinist and maintains a deep appreciation for classical music (as well as other genres). One of Morgan’s greatest joys in life is to be immersed in live music with family and friends.
