Amanda D. McGee
Since becoming licensed to practice law in 2012, Amanda D. McGee has developed into a seasoned litigator in California state court and at the federal level nationwide. Throughout her career, Ms. McGee has represented private and corporate clients in a variety of civil litigation practice areas, including employment/wage and hour violations and general liability, for both big law and at small firms. Ms. McGee’s background also includes experience on both the plaintiff and defense side, giving her a unique insight into how to effectively and efficiently prosecute and/or defend cases for her clients.

When Ms. McGee is not in court, you can find her at the beach or at Disneyland with her husband and son.
Amanda D. McGee was named a 2021 Rising Star by Super Lawyers in the area of Personal Injury/General Defense, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of Southern California attorneys under 40 years old.
While attending Loyola Law School, Ms. McGee was a member of the Loyala Law School Entertainment Law Review and authored the published Comment, “Juror Misconduct in the Twenty-First Century: The Prevalence of the Internet and its Effect on American Courtrooms.”
Prior to joining Boren Osher & Luftman LLP, Amanda D. McGee worked primarily in insurance defense, honing her skills as a civil litigator in all aspects of trial preparation, including heavy law and motion. She also worked for one of the nation’s biggest defense firms, which helped her develop and tailor the aggressive litigation skills she continues to utilize to date.
In addition, Ms. McGee completed an externship with the Honorable Ronald S. Coen, a California state judge known for handling death penalty cases.
