Matthew K. Tom focuses his practice on complex business and real estate litigation. In his free time, Mr. Tom enjoys playing golf, traveling, and supporting the USC Trojans.

Mr. Tom began his legal career with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, where he represented California cities and special districts in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation matters. He litigated cases in state and federal court, and successfully mediated cases, argued motions, and drafted appeal briefs.
