Lance M. Williams
Lance M. Williams is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on representing both employers and employees in a wide variety of employment-related disputes. He is passionate about finding the most effective and efficient solution for his clients. Mr. Williams assists employees in resolving their differences with their current or former employers, specializing in litigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Mr. Williams also counsels employers on best practices to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation. To this end, Mr. Williams drafts company policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements which comply with California’s stringent and complex maze of employment laws. Mr. Williams also advises employers contemplating disciplinary action against employees.
In his free time, Mr. Williams enjoys traveling the world one mile at a time, watching sports, and listening to electronic dance music.
Mr. Williams began his legal career with the Law Offices of Maryann P. Gallagher, where he exclusively represented employees in a wide variety of employment claims. Mr. Williams then led an employment litigation team at JML Law, where he continued advocating on behalf of individuals whom experienced injustices in the workplace. Mr. Williams has extensive experience litigating employment claims from inception through completion in state court, federal court, and arbitration.
