Aaron Gladstein is a Partner in BOL’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex business, real estate, and construction disputes.

Aaron helps clients litigate across a broad spectrum of claims in state and federal courts throughout California, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, professional negligence, private nuisance, declaratory relief, and violations of California’s unfair competition law. Aaron has experience in all facets of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial. He has extensively briefed multiple appeals and has successfully argued before California’s Second District Court of Appeal.

In addition to his significant courtroom experience, Aaron routinely guides corporate and individual clients through the complexities of pre-litigation dispute resolution, which requires a deep engagement with each client’s unique situation. This allows Aaron to focus on his favorite part of the job—establishing meaningful connections with clients to ensure their individual needs and goals are understood and met.

In his time away from the office, Aaron enjoys adventuring with his wife and son, surfing, traveling, live music, and endlessly cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers.
