Claudia Reyes is a Human Resources Business Partner with a strong foundation in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and broad experience in Human Resources consulting, compliance, and organizational development. At BOL Law, she partners with attorneys and clients to support HR operations, conduct payroll and timekeeping audits, draft policies, and ensure multistate employment law compliance.

Claudia’s background spans the private sector, public sector, higher education, and fast-growing startup environments. She has managed HR operations, supported recruitment and workforce planning, led employee relations initiatives, and applied data-driven insights to strengthen organizational performance. Her experience includes developing scalable HR processes, conducting compliance reviews, and supporting leadership teams through periods of growth and organizational change.

Claudia is bilingual in English and Spanish and frequently provides translation, interpretation, and HR communication support for Spanish-speaking employees and clients. Grounded in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, her approach emphasizes continuous improvement, human-centered design, and inclusive leadership.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys Pilates and running, getting outside whenever she can, and spending quality time with her husband and dogs. She enjoys finding new ways to stay active and making time to slow down and recharge.
